This means you get even penetration and larger surface area coverage. Medium first cut bristles are softer than firm first cut bristles, so this brush is safe for sensitive skin.

    The Second Cut Boar Bristle Brush is all I need, although looking over these brushes just makes me want to grow my beard longer in need of a more hardcore brush lol. Also, I like having a handle on my brush, I don’t know why, any thought of making a softer brush with a handle? Thx
