By now you’ve probably been hit by the avalanche of No Shave November/Movember posts on your social media networks. If you’re growing out your beard to raise awareness for men’s health, we applaud you!
To help you out on your mission to manifest a beard worthy of a god, we’re including two examples of what NOT to do – i.e. Mel Gibson’s gnome beard and Shia Lebouf’s neck beard – as well as tips on how to stay sane during the beard growth process. The truth is that growing a beard not only causes itch during the first few months, but also acne. Thankfully, GQ teaches us how to control both by just remembering a few simple grooming steps (including moisturizing!).
