Now you have more ways to rep your favorite beard care company. For the two new designs of our Zeus t-shirt collection, we took what we loved about our old t-shirts and streamlined the details.
Beyond just adding new designs, we asked ourselves how we could craft a better-quality t-shirt overall. Better for our customers, better for the environment. So we turned to ONNO t-shirt company, based in Boulder, Colorado, to source t-shirts made from a blend of organic bamboo and organic cotton.
The result is a superior t-shirt on all levels:
Bamboo, when used in t-shirts, is crazy soft, has a fair amount of stretch, and retains its shape well. It’s also the fastest-growing plant on the planet, shooting up two inches per hour. Bamboo can grow just about anywhere on rainwater (no need for irrigation like traditionally grown cotton), and prevents erosion due to its strong roots. A bamboo grove releases 35% more oxygen than the same size patch of trees. Because it grows abundantly, it’s sustainable and good for the environment.
Meanwhile, organic cotton is grown without the use of pesticides and insecticides – just cotton and water, the way it’s meant to be. Innovative weeding techniques are used instead of herbicides.
