I wake up, roll out of bed onto the Hawaiian beach with a good book in tow. After a few hours of uninterrupted reading time, I head into the ocean for some relaxing swimming. I follow it up with some beach running and head out for a good meal.

My perfect day would be waking up next to my girlfriend and my dog, heading to our favorite coffee shop, exploring whatever city we happen to be in at the time, picking up a new record, eating something spicy and unhealthy, and then hanging out with our friends and a few drinks at a show (either playing or observing).

Ideal Day:
My ideal weekend would probably involve going someplace I have never been with the people I love. I love experiencing new things, seeing new places, and generally staying slightly outside of my comfort zone. I would love to be in a different countries exploring their unique culture, language, food, and customs with my girlfriend and my good friends. A day trip in California would be pretty good too, because I know there are things I haven't seen there.

Waking up with a full, perfect manageable beard in Amsterdam on a summer’s day. My perfect day would continue with brunch accompanied by the love of my life in the red-light district followed up with some local-store shopping! I would take in the beautiful sight of the sun setting at 9:30pm as I sip on an Makers on the rocks before heading to dinner.
