Shipping & Delivery
Shipping for Our Retail Customers: All orders shipped to addresses within the domestic US are subject to a flat rate of only $4.95.

Shipping Methods: We will ship out your order using the fastest and most reliable method available. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind sometimes transit issues occur which are out of our control. We do not guarantee package arrival dates unless you select one of the shipping options below:

*Note: If you place your order after 12PM PST, your order will ship from our location the following day.

Lost or Damaged Shipments We will send you an e-mail with your order information including your tracking number (please check your spam folder as these are automated emails) which can be tracked at: http://www.usps.com or http://www.ups.com Please allow up to 24 hours from the time of your order for the shipment to update. If you do not receive your shipment or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will assist in any way we can to either locate the shipment or issue a replacement.

International Shipments: We do not currently ship to addresses outside the US. If you do not Live in the US, please visit one of our retail partners to make your purchase
Returns & Replacements
1 - Year Returns
If you've received a product and are unhappy with it for any reason, you are free to return the item to us up to one year (365 days) after the purchase date in the original, unopened and unused condition it was shipped in.

Please note:
  • Personal Care Products must be unused / sealed in their original packaging due to hygienic reasons
  • Products with broken tamper-proof seals cannot be returned
  • Refused or returned shipments are subject to a return shipment fee
  • If a product is defective, it can only be exchanged for the same product in replacement
  • If you change your mind about a product, you will be responsible for all shipping charges

  • Return the product using your preferred shipping method. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, we are not responsible for shipping and handling or gift wrap charges.
  • Upon receiving the shipment, we will issue the credit and if there are any problems, we will contact you immediately.
  • Please include the following information: Order Number, Full Name, Phone Number or Email Address, and Reason for Return.
  • Please do not return items COD. We will reject all COD packages.

    Defective or Incorrect Products: If you've received a defective or incorrect item in your shipment, please contact us via email at info@zeusbeard.com or phone at 1.949. 722. 0404 and our customer service representatives will authorize a return or replacement. You will not be charged shipping charges for any mistakes we make while preparing your shipment.
