Payment

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express may be used for payment. Although credit card payment is preferred, as this will ensure a speedy transaction, we also accept Paypal payments, checks, or money orders. Please note that payment is required in full and all checks must be cleared prior to shipping.

Newport Apothecary, Inc. and Zeus requires advance payment for the first four orders from all new accounts. Thereafter, depending on the value of orders and account trading history, advance payment may still be required or an approved credit agreement may be authorized on receipt of two satisfactory trade references.

Zeus will consider applications for credit from companies that have been in business for more than one year. If you would like to request credit terms, please e-mail us at wholesale@zeusbeard.com to inquire.

Shipping

We currently ship via USPS and FedEx ground and delivery for this service is usually within 3-5 business days. For faster delivery, please specify “Expedited Shipping” at the time of placing your order. Shipping options will be calculated once you give us your destination zip code.

MAP Pricing

Newport Apothecary, Inc. has adopted a Minimum Advertised Price policy. This policy is applicable to all authorized dealers and resellers of the Newport Apothecary, Inc. products including Zeus. This MAP policy shall include all retail media, including print advertising (inserts, magazines, catalogs, newspapers, etc.), faxes, radio announcements, direct mailings, television ads, advertising on the internet, including but not limited to reseller's websites as well as third party websites and domains, banner ads, and broadcast emails. Newport Apothecary, Inc. is forced to adopt this MAP policy in order to preserve the integrity of our product and promote a fair business environment for all of our authorized sellers. This policy is entered into voluntarily by all legitimate dealers and resellers and allows us to best serve you with a quality product at the best price possible. Resellers who do not abide by this agreement may lose access to the products and services offered.

All authorized sellers are prohibited from selling Newport Apothecary, Inc. products on other marketplaces, including but not limited to eBay and Amazon. All authorized sellers advertising the products are subject to this policy. This MAP policy will be incorporated into and supersede all agreements and contracts currently in place. Any use of Newport Apothecary, Inc. trademark or sale of the products implies consent to be bound to this MAP policy.

Authorized sellers must promptly correct any violations of the MAP pricing within 24 hours or Newport Apothecary, Inc. reserves the right to stop further sales.

All matters of interpretation and application of the terms of this Policy shall remain the sole discretion of Newport Apothecary, Inc.

Newport Apothecary, Inc. reserves the right to change the prices or terms of this agreement at any time.

This MAP policy will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law rules.

The current MAP pricing for our products are listed on our website, our order form, and price list. Zeus reserves the right to update or modify our website, order form, and price list at any time.

Price Levels

All prices on this website are wholesale and noted in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices shown reflect the price of a single (1) case, which contains a predetermined quantity on a product-by-product basis.

Damage & Return Policies

Please inspect all merchandise immediately. Damages or defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. For damage claims, pictures are required.

You may return new merchandise up to 15 days after you receive it. Freight on returns must be prepaid. Freight collect shipments will not be accepted. All returns must be reported to our Customer Service team, who will then authorize the return or replacement of any merchandise. New merchandise returns will be processed upon receipt and your account will be credited for merchandise that has been reported to us and received in good condition at our facility. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the return account. Items missing their original packaging will not be accepted.
