I am always congested, because I have sinuses, and with this I can tell that it works because I can breath a lot better than when I was not using it. The better thing is that after I take that shower my sinuses just back off and I can breath thought out the whole day.

This product is sooo good, you have no idea. If you want to feel like you are at a spa, then you should definatelly try this. I have to say that I did not see that one coming, because I was browsing for a few things for my brother and my dad, and I saw this stem mist. So I dediced to give it a try and my good ness it has been such a pleasant experience every time I take a shower, it is so relaxing that I just do not want to get out of the shower, but that is when I use it on my bath water from time to time, and the time there is just magical.
